In an area of Natural Outstanding Beauty, it is the perfect location for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the mainland.

Just 10 minutes (3 miles from the ferry) and the pretty bustling harbour at Yarmouth, it is not only very beautiful, but it is very safe for bathing and has the accolade of a Blue Flag award for the quality of the water.

When the tide is out, golden sand is revealed, but sand can always be found at the far end of the beach, or else at Colwell, the next bay towards Yarmouth.

The Promenade Apartment (the left hand side of the ground floor of Beach House, as pictured) sits on the sea wall of the pretty Totland Bay in the most unspoilt, picturesque area of the Isle of Wight.  Three miles to the west, the famous Needles stand majestically guarding the coast.  The lighthouse warns shipping of the treacherous rocks around that part of the coast.
